Bikinis and Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, all sales of bikinis and swimwear are final. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any bikini or swimwear products. We encourage you to double-check your size and selection before completing your purchase. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Dresses, Cover-Ups, and Other Apparel
Dresses, cover-ups, and non-swimwear apparel are eligible for exchange, within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange or refund items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact. The item must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, bikinis and swimwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
- Items must be returned in a sellable condition – unworn, with tags attached.
- PLEASE NOTE: Items that are damaged, soiled, or have any scent (e.g., perfumes) will NOT qualify for a return or exchange and can be refused.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To process an exchange, please contact us at laserinadubai@gmail.com within 3 working days from the date of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist you with selecting a replacement.
Refunds
If a refund is eligible , it will be processed in the form of store credit. Store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned item and can be used for future purchases.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering shipping costs related to any exchanges or returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
